EXPLICIT CONSENT STATEMENT UNDER THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”), and within the framework of the General Clarification Text and the Company’s Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy provided by 3N AYDINLATMA ENERJİ PROJE VE DANIŞMANLIK SANAYİ TİCARET A.Ş. (“Company”);
I hereby accept and declare that my personal data may be collected, recorded, stored (physically or electronically), processed, updated, disclosed, transferred, classified, or blocked for use by the Company as the data controller or by data processors it authorizes, provided that necessary security measures are taken; for the purposes of ensuring the delivery and continuity of services and products offered to customers, increasing customer satisfaction, processing payments, carrying out operational procedures, marketing, promotion, campaigns, notifying customers of offers, and fulfilling contractual obligations, in line with Article 4 of the PDPL and within the lawful period required for processing.
I give my explicit consent that my personal data—including identity, address, contact information, and other relevant data—may be transferred to Company personnel, group companies, legal authorities, auditing firms, survey companies, and business partners or service providers for these purposes.
Additionally, in accordance with Article 11 of the PDPL and related legislation, I acknowledge my rights to: request confirmation of whether data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know to whom data is transferred, request correction or deletion of inaccurate/incomplete data, request deletion if the purpose of processing has ceased, object to any result arising from automatic processing, and claim compensation if my rights are violated. I can exercise these rights by applying in person with ID or through other legal channels.
I also confirm that the personal data I shared is accurate and up to date, and I agree to inform the Company of any changes. I give my explicit consent to the processing and storage of my personal data, including sensitive personal data, for the specified purposes and declare that I have been duly informed.
